Alameda County Behavioral Health Department (ACBHD) is pleased to announce the release of Request for Pre-Qualification No. 24-06 Housing Support Program. The intent of this request is to establish a pool of Services as Needed (SAN) contracts with eligible licensed Adult Residential Facilities (ARF) or Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) operators to provide Housing Support Program (HSP) services to adults, ages 18 or older, living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) in Alameda County.
