4th Annual Network Office Spring Provider Meetings

Welcome and Congratulations to our New and Promoted Network Office Staff Members! If you haven’t already, please take a few minutes to get to know our new and promoted staff.
  • Daivee-Chantel Allen, Secretary
This is Daivee-Chantel’s first venture in County employment and filling our vacant Secretary I position. She is an enthusiastic, self-starter who strives to get work done quickly and correctly. She comes equipped with strong customer service, communications, writing, administrative support and records management skills. With an eye for detail she can create documents and spot errors in both Word and Excel effortlessly. She comes to us holding both a Bachelor’s in Theater Arts and a Master’s in English.
  • Julie Johnson, Administrative Assistant
Julie is the newest member of the Network Support Team and will be primarily assigned to support Procurements but may be pulled to help with the Mental Health Plan Provider Network, as needed.
  • Sharon Jones, Program Contract Manager
We are thrilled to announce that Sharon has returned to the Network Office! Sharon will be putting her contract management and organizational skills to work right away as we transition staff and contract assignments.
  • Lani Pallotta, Management Analyst
Lani will be taking on the role of Acting Supervisor of the SUD fiscal team in the Network Office. Lani has been with BHCS for seven years and is very familiar with our contracting business. We have a very challenging year ahead in SUD financing with the implementation of the DMC waiver, so please lend Lani your support as she takes on this new role.

Updating Contractor Contact Information
The Network Office is pleased to announce that for FY 13-14, provider contact information will be collected electronically. We have established a secure online form that takes only a few minutes to complete. The content of this form is almost identical to the Contact Update Sheet previously used for FY 12-13; the additional item we are requesting is the required information about your organization’s Board of Directors. We ask that one person from each organization complete this form by visiting https://networkoffice.wufoo.com/forms/alameda-county-bhcs-annual-contact-update. A confirmation and a copy of the completed information will be sent your organization’s Executive Director’s email. If your organization’s Executive Director does not receive the confirmation email, please make sure to remove no-reply@wufoo.com from your junk/spam inbox. Moving forward, we hope to use more tools like this to improve the way we do business.
