In accordance with federal, state and local requirements, ACBH is committed to taking all appropriate and necessary measures to ensure beneficiaries have access to medically necessary services while minimizing community spread during the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) public health emergency. As a department, we understand that some providers are currently developing plans in order to be prepared to resume in-person services in concert with Health Officer orders and county guidance. In order to ensure that clients are well informed and in an effort to minimize the spread and exposure of COVID-19, the ACBH Director and Chief Medical Officer have issued a letter addressed to beneficiaries with important information regarding services during the COVID-19 public health emergency. As you develop guidelines for your various facilities, please feel free to use this letter in its entirety or in part to share the important information with your beneficiaries.
