Two questions came in for the Speaker’s Bureau IRFQ. Please see questions and responses below.

Q1. You specify that 10-20 presentations happen per year. Are they all the same presentation? If not, then how many different presentations/topics are there? It is up to the bidder to decide on presentation content and format.

A1. The same presentation could be used for all of the presentations, but the bidder should then describe how that presentation would be tweaked or tailored to the different audiences, e.g. one audience may be youth, another may be youth and school staff, or caregivers and families, etc.

Q2. Does “Documentation of the process as well as production outcome information” mean that we should have a product in addition to the presentation curriculum, materials and outcome surveys?

A2. No. BHCS is simply looking for documentation of the process and the impact the presentations have on both the speakers and the audience so as to provide information to the State in the case that the State would like to replicate the model used.
