SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS (Continued)
When
the client plan is used to establish that services are provided under the direction of an approved category of staff, a co-signature is NOT
required:
1.a
physician (or physician extender)
2.a
licensed/waivered psychologist
3.a
licensed/registered social worker
4.a
licensed/registered Marriage, Family and Child Counselor or
5.a
Registered Nurse (MSN with Psych. + experience) .
